LCA Application Form

The application form for the LCA is available here. The LCA course is an alternative to the traditional Leaving Cert and consists of a 2 year course of study with examinations at the end of year 1 and 2. As well as exams, there is a lot of project work and assignments, which make up the grades awarded to LCA students. In each year, there is a 2 week work experience module. St Patrick’s College offers the LCA every two years subject to there being sufficient numbers of students willing to take it. Students in third and fourth year can apply to enrol in the LCA. Students should fill out the application form and they will then be interviewed by the school to assess their suitability for the LCA course.
